The Richmond College Union (UK) held its 2012Annual General Meeting on the 28th of April at the Residence of Vernon and Kamani Udugampola  at 79 Pinner Road  Northwood. The main item on the agenda was the election of office bearers for the New Year and on a motion brought forward by  a member  that in recognition of the work done by the outgoing  President and the committee  that they be re-elected to continue in office; the following were   re-elected.

The committee meeting held on 07.01.2012 has decided to make two donations to Richmond College through Galle Old Boy's Association. Rupees 50,000.00 will be donated for the Science Day Exhibition as administrative costs which was held on 1st of February 2012 at College main hall.

Second donation worth Rupees 175,000.00 will be s donated for the improvements of the College Band.

It is with great joy we announce all Richmondites, that Richmond College Union Cricket team lead by Cholitha Kasturiarachchi won the annual OBA cricket match 2011 held at Great Holland Recreation Ground, Bracknell on 04th September.

Match was scheduled to start at 1 p.m. but rain affected pitch resulted 25 over contest between the teams. Finally match started at 2.30 p.m. with Mahinda being the firm favourites made with well experienced side.
